You can view your previous orders by doing the following steps

(1) Go to the “more” section

(2) Click “order history”

(3) You can toggle between your “completed” and “deleted” Orders

(4) Select the order you want to view

Yes, you do have the option to insure all your Laundry items for a small fee.

 
 

A Washee has the option of dropping/picking up the laundry items themselves or requiring the Washer/Courier to collect/return these laundry items.

If you use the Washer/Courier’s delivery services, you will be charged an extra fee.

It will be 9$ for the pick-up and drop-off in total.

We only accept online forms of payment such as PayPal, Apple pay, Android pay and all other credit/debit cards.

Unfortunately, we do not accept other forms of payment such as cash or checks.

Currently, Wash@Home provides the following laundry services:

(1) Wash & Dry

(2) Dry Cleaning

(3) Hang

(4) Fold

(5) Iron

Yes, you can add specific instructions in the notes section in your basket when ordering.

You can also message the Washer within the app to remind them.

Please try to adhere to the pre-agreed time.

If unforeseen events come up, make sure you communicate with the Washer/Courier through the in-app message.

Unfortunately no, you can only give laundry items pre-agreed and paid for during checkout

 
 

The Washee is given a grace period which allows them to cancel their order 3 hours before the Washer/Driver is scheduled to receive the laundry items.

Unfortunately, once the grace period has passed, the order cannot be canceled. 

Prices vary depending on laundry items and your location. 

 
 

Once you’ve placed your order you’ll receive a notification about your order status. It will automatically update to  “Order Confirmed” with relevant info required to fulfill the order

(1) Tap “Orders” on the bottom navigation tab of the app to view the current status of your active order(s). 

(2) Tap on the order(s) to view more information about them. 

If you select “Express” service speed when checking out, you can receive your clean and fresh laundry items in 24 hours. This is an additional cost.

If you select “Normal” service speed when checking out, you can receive your clean and fresh laundry Items back within 48 hours. This requires no additional cost.

Minimum order spend = $10. Order spend lower than this will be declined.

 
 

Wash@Home is an online marketplace where users can get their laundry done or earn money by doing laundry for others. 

There are three types of users on the Wash@Home app: 

(1) Washee: User who needs to have their laundry done.

(2) Washer: User who does the Washee’s laundry.

(3) Courier: User who delivers laundry

Unfortunately, all orders have to be placed directly through the app.

 
 

(1) Download Wash@Home app from Apple or Google Play store.

(2) Load the app on your phone

(3) On the Sign-up screen, enter the required information and click the “Sign up” button to create your account.

Sometimes situations are outside of a Courier/Washer’s control which can cause delays.

You are able to message the Washer/Courier to sort out any potential issues.

No, you can place as many orders as you like, as long as the Wash@Home terms and conditions of service are followed.

 
 

Your laundry items are in safe hands as Washers are instructed on how to treat your laundry items.

For further peace of mind, laundry items can be insured for a small fee.

The Wash@Home app is available on both the Apple and Google Play stores.

 
 

We aim to provide you with the most convenient time to pick up and return your laundry Items.

You can choose a pick-up time between 7:00am and 11:00pm.

Orders can only be placed through the mobile app. To use the app, you would be required to sign up.

The sign up process is quick and requires basic information such as your name, email and phone number. Once you are enrolled, you can add laundry items to your basket and place the order.

These are the 3 different types of users, all with different goals.

(1) Washee: User who needs to have their laundry done.

(2) Washer: User who does the Washee’s laundry.

(3) Courier: User who delivers laundry.

The Washee and Washer can deliver laundry items as well.

In the “Sign-In” page, you can select the “Forgot Password” link. 

You can view your previous orders by following these steps:

(1) Go to the “more” section

(2) Click “order history”

(3) You can toggle between your “completed” and “deleted” Orders

(4) Select the order you want to view

Any of the 3 Users (Washee, Washer and Courier) can switch to another user type within the app.

This can be done from the “more” section. On the “more” section, select “Profile”, then “switch accounts” and press the “next” button.
